The Incredible Jazz Guitar of… (Part I)

I’m building a guitar. It’s going to be funky. That is the standard for me, generally speaking. Aiming for an offset, full hollowbody guitar in a Stratocaster-or-so-sized frame.

Top is a lovely flame Redwood and the back is Butternut/White Walnut. This prototype build will be my first ever HH (bridge/neck) setup which will keep it in line with more modern electric jazz guitars. The offset was a way for me to get away with a little more room and resonance without having a large acoustic-sized guitar to play (like Wes Montgomery used to).
